Angie Salfield Exhibition 'Colour, form & texture'
Angie’s approach is multi-disciplinary and experimental. Her work includes two- and three-dimensional textile pieces, large scale abstract acrylics, screen printing and fascinating photo montages. Her experiments combine different traditional, well-established practices and materials to create vibrant, exciting works.
An unusual aspect of her work is the way that she incorporates found and discarded materials such as packaging and egg boxes into some of her pieces. She works with careful colour choices and the textures produced are very tactile and compelling.
‘Colour, form & texture’ exhibition opens on Saturday 21st August – 2nd September. Tues – Sat 8am – 5.30pm. Admission free.
You are warmly invited to join us at the evening viewing of Angie’s work on the opening night, Saturday 21st August, 7pm – 9pm.
